Returns & Refund Policy

A piece can come back to us in two ways, and they are priced differently: a return within 7 days of delivery, or a buy-back at any time after that.

Returns within 7 days

• You can return a piece within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason.
• It must be unworn and undamaged, with its invoice, tags and packaging.
• You get back the full invoice value, including the making charge.
• The delivery fee is not refunded, unless the piece was faulty or not what you ordered.

Pieces that cannot be returned

• Pieces made, resized or engraved to your request.
• Earrings and body jewellery, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Gold bars and coins, because their price moves with the market by the minute.

Wrong or faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, tell us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp on +971567694427 or by email to info@misskim.ae, with photos. We will collect it at our cost and replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery fee.

Buy-back after 7 days

After the return period, we buy back pieces bought from us at the gold rate of the day they come back, for their weight and karat. The making charge is not part of a buy-back, because it was work already done.

How a return works

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your invoice number.
2. We arrange collection, or you bring the piece to our office in Dubai.
3. The piece is weighed and checked in front of you, or on video if it is collected, and the weight is written on the return note.
4. The refund is issued within 3 working days of the check.

How you are refunded

• Card payments are refunded to the same card. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement.
• Instalment plans are cancelled or reduced by the instalment provider according to their terms.
• Cash on delivery and bank transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number and we refund you in full by the same method you paid.
